Southby came and went

Another year, another great SXSW. It gets bigger every year, and it really isn’t the same experience as it was four or five years ago when it was a bit smaller. That’s not to say that there isn’t anything to be gained.

Why keep going?

Now that I’ve been back for a bit, I keep thinking back to a moment during the Developing Super Senses: Tools to Know Your Users panel moderated by Mark Trammell. When the discussion came around to how to keep the people on your team excited and motivated to do their best on projects, Andy Budd put it best.

New paint job

I meant to launch this a bit earlier, but I’ve been delayed quite a bit these past few weeks. Over the past year I’ve been really close to a final design concept only to lose those files entirely. First time with a hard drive crash and most recently with the theft of my laptop. However, neither of those were as big of a departure from the original design as this one.

SXSW 2009 is coming up fast and as usual, I have have a ton to do before the conference next Friday. There several projects that need to get wrapped up and an update to this site just might be one of them.
